I offer individual one on one counseling services to adults. A personalized approach is used that best fits your needs. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness based interventions.

During your first session with me, I will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling and explore your goals. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

How long does a counseling session with Jaclyn Crane Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. last?

A counseling session typically lasts for 55 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences. The frequency of sessions is typically once per week or bi-weekly. This can be discussed and agreed upon in your first appointment.

What is EMDR?

EMDR therapy, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, is a type of psychotherapy designed to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. EMDR therapy is considered effective for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related issues, and it is also used to address a range of other psychological conditions. 55 min therapy (self-pay): $125

Super-bills are provided upon request for out of network submissions to your insurance company. Reimbursement for superbills is dependent on your health insurance plan. It is not guaranteed that coverage will be provided and your responsibility to contact your health insurance to determine eligibility for OON coverage.
